Terms of Sale

All sales by BJ Jewelry are governed by these terms and are applicable to domestic and international transactions.

Orders are confirmed only upon issuance of a proforma invoice and receipt of agreed payment. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, metal rates, customization, and order volume until officially confirmed.

Full payment or agreed advance payment is required before processing unless otherwise stated in writing. Title of goods transfers to the buyer only upon full payment realization.

Customized orders, bulk orders, and confirmed orders are non cancellable and non-refundable except in cases of verified defects or errors attributable to BJ Jewelry.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics delays, customs clearance, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.

For international transactions, the buyer is responsible for complying with import regulations, duties, taxes, and local laws of the destination country unless explicitly agreed otherwise. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
